How to: Reduce the fields that print for a query.
Solution:
Open the query and select the unwanted records. Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Hide Columns'. Print the report.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Queries' tab in the Database window.

3) Click 'Open'. (The query opens in Datasheet view.)
4) To NOT print selected columns:
a) Select the column(s) that will NOT be printed.
b) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Hide Columns'.
c) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
d) Click 'OK'. (Only the columns that are NOT hidden will print.)
5) To print selected records:
a) Select the records to be printed.
b) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
c) Select the 'Selected Records' radio button in the 'Print Range' group.
